Delivery

Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

    * Europe and Republic of Ireland: £4.95 (within 5 working days)
    * Overseas: £4.95 (within 7 working days)

If 2 or more shirts are ordered at the same time then the delivery on the additional items is FREE!

All orders come wrapped in our branded bag, with a bag of chocolate buttons enclosed as a treat for your child (or you??). Dirty Fingers makes a great original gift idea and for that extra personal touch you can add personalised names to many of our shirt designs at no extra cost. Simply fill out what you wish to be written at the check out.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your Dirty Fingers products, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. Delivery charges are non refundable. Goods are returned to Dirty Fingers at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back out to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at no extra cost. Please return the item / items with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving them. Please be aware that we are unable to refund an item without a PayPal receipt and that the refund can only be given to the original payer. Returns must be unused and in a re-saleable condition complete with attached swing tags and must be sent back in the branded Dirty Fingers bag in which it was sent out. Returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Dirty Fingers stores information on it's customers to enable it to provide it's products and services to those customers. The information stored includes the name and contact information of the customer and details of all orders placed. The purpose of collecting and storing information on customers is to enable us to fulfil the products and services ordered by the customer.

Dirty Fingers does not share customer data with any third parties. However, you may receive marketing and promotional materials from time to time from Dirty Fingers.
